- 青い「録音開始」ボタンをクリック。ブラウザの画面共有ダイアログが表示されます。
- 「Chromeタブ」「ウィンドウ」「画面全体」のいずれかを選択します。
- 【重要】ダイアログの左下（または下部）にある「タブの音声も共有」「Share system audio」のチェックボックスに必ずチェックを入れてください。これがないと無音の録画になります。
- 「共有（Share）」ボタンを押すと、内部音声の録音が開始されます。ビジュアライザーが波形を表示し、タイマーがカウントアップします。
- 録音を止めるには「停止」ボタンをクリックするか、スペースキーを押すか、ブラウザ上部の「共有を停止」ボタンをクリックします。
- プレイヤーが表示されたら再生して音量確認。「MP3でダウンロード」または「WAVでダウンロード」を選択して保存します。
- Click the blue 'Start Recording' button. Your browser's native Screen Share dialog will appear.
- Select 'Chrome Tab', 'Window', or 'Entire Screen' from the top menu.
- [CRITICAL] Check the 'Share tab audio' or 'Share system audio' checkbox at the bottom of the dialog. Skipping this step results in silent recordings.
- Click 'Share'. The waveform visualizer displays the audio in real-time, and the timer shows elapsed duration. The recorder will auto-stop at 120 minutes.
- Stop recording by clicking the Stop button, pressing Spacebar, or clicking 'Stop sharing' at the top of your browser.
- The audio player appears. Click 'Play' to verify the recording. Then choose 'Download as MP3' or 'Download as WAV' to save locally.
